Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and healing that  also promotes healing. A Reiki treatment consists of laying the hands on the body,  allowing the energy of life to flow through the hands to the person being treated. Life energy is the essence of this healing practice.

Reiki sessions are available both in person or distance.
Supported relaxation sessions are also available combining Reiki with Restorative yoga.
